• 1 scoop of Arbonne Essentials Daily Fibre Boost

• 125 ml of almond milk or rice milk

• 1 tablespoon of nuts (healthy fats)

• 12.5 grams cup of mango (for carbohydrates)

• 266 ml water or ice as desired
