I have personally done this programme 3 times, I was pretty sceptical at first of the whole Arbonne nutrition range as I always believed that being healthy is about wholefoods. HOWEVER, the more research I have done and checking it out for myself realised that our food is so much more processed than it used to be and the nutrient level is so much lower than 20-30 years ago. In order to have a fully healthy body we ideally want to be eating out of our own back garden OR having a healthy balanced diet alongside some natural, vegan supplements.
