Almond milk… make your own
1. Soak 50g almonds in water overnight until soft (OR to cheat, cover for 30 mins in boiling water)
2. Blitz in a blender/nutribullet until paste
3. Pour into a muslin cloth
4. …and strain!
Home-made almond milk goes off much quicker than shop bought due to lack of preservatives and more natural ingredients so keep on eye on your milk!
