Monday shake – Banana & Berry

• 1 scoop of Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Shake Powder

• 1 scoop of Arbonne Essentials Daily Fibre Boost

  • 1 scoop of protein boost

• 207 ml water or rice/almond milk

• 4–6 ice cubes

• 50 grams frozen berries

• ½ fresh or frozen banana

Place in blender. Blitz. Enjoy.
