Beat those cravings – PROTEIN hot chocolate
If you are trying to hit that next fitness level/body composition goal and can’t beat your chocolate cravings then try this!
Protein hot chocolate:
- 1 scoop arbonne chocolate protein
- 1 scoop protein boost
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- half a shaker of cold water
- half a cup of almond/soya milk
- heat half cup of almond milk in microwave for 20-30 seconds until warm – do not boul
- shake your protein, boost and cinnamon with half a shaker of cold water
- remove warm milk from microwave and pour in cold shake, stir and ENJOY!
