I was very unfit and quite overweight, and although had gym membership I wasn’t going regularly and making the most of it, as I felt very self conscious there.

I decided to try some sessions with a personal trainer, so started working with Iona.

Her routines are always varied so it doesn’t get boring, and her cheery and fun disposition keeps me going when I’m struggling, and working with a PT makes me feel much less self conscious.

I have now decided to enter a charity run and cycle event next year, and feel that with Iona’s help I am on my way to achieving the level of fitness I need to complete these.
