  • I will be running these over the next 5 weeks. These are for beginner to intermediate level. You don’t need to be a member to do the first class. If you have never been in a gym, coming along. If you just want to perfect your technique come along. £6 per person, per class. Classes are first come first serve basis, max 5, minimum 2 people per class, ***to book, email me the event, time and date which time you want***
