oaty bars (lactose and gluten free AND veggie-friendly)

Using avocado instead of butter to keep the lactose out! And not too green!

-1 avocado

-3 eggs

-2 cups of oats

-3 tbsp honey

-3tbsp coconut oil

-3 tbsp sunflower/pumpkin seeds

-3 tbsp dried fruit (cranberry, raisins)

-1 tsp baking powder

-1 scoop arbonne protein boost

oaty-bars-2 1.Preheat oven to 180 C and grease a baking tin with coconut oil and greaeproof paper

2.Mash avocado and leave to the side. whisk eggs and leave to one side

3.Warm honey and coconut oil in microwave for 10-15 seconds, or in a pan

4.Mix wet and dry ingredients until combined

5.Flatten into tin and smooth with a cold spoon

6.Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown

7.Leave to cool for 15 minutes on a wire rack, cut and enjoy warm or cut and wrap for later.
